I traveled...

I consumed the nectar of the chalice of life...

I savored every minute of the adventures...

I spent soles on burning dunes,

I got corns climbing cliffs.

I have collected... portraits, necklaces,

Souvenirs, scarves, lipsticks and dreams.

I traveled...

I enjoyed landscapes, places, trains,

Trails, dawns, trams and

Starry nights around the world.

I enjoyed glances, laughter, kisses,

And, amid crumpled hair,

I snuggled in warm hugs.

I traveled...

I felt the taste of leaving,

The warm embrace when arriving

The desire to overcome homesickness

And the longing for everything I lived.
